This project consists of improving the intersection of Butler-Warren Road and Western Row Road (Barret Road) from a stop controlled intersection to a roundabout intersection with curb and gutter, proper storm drainage, sidewalk, culvert replacement, and utility relocation.

Project Timeline:

Design: 2017 to 2020

Right of Way: 2019-2020

Construction: Spring/Summer 2021

Current Status: Working on Right of Way acquisition for the project and utility relocation coordination as well as Stage 3 plan design.

Construction Update

This project is anticipated to be complete in August 2021. Stay connected for road closure dates and detours.

Phase 2

Beginning Wednesday, May 19 Phase 2 of the Butler-Warren Road and Western Row Road Roundabout project will transition into a new traffic pattern. Full closure of the intersection is anticipated to occur May 19 through mid-August to complete the intersection construction. Please use Tylersville Road, Cox Road and US 42 as a detour during this time.
