- Westbound traffic is currently a Level of Service (LOS) D and southbound traffic is a Level of Service (LOS) C. They are expected to be D and F, respectively, by 2040.
- By 2040, if SR 741 is not improved, the southbound traffic backup at the intersection of SR 741 and Parkside Drive during morning and evening peak periods is expected to extend approximately 3,000 – 3,500 feet to Stone Ridge Drive.
- There has been an increase in cut through traffic on Parkside Drive due to traffic attempting to find alternative routes around the backup.
- Development on the north side of Mason and in the region north of Mason is anticipated. These developments will continue to place pressure on the intersection at SR 741 and Parkside.
